Your rights for returns are protected as stated in ‘The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000’.

If you are not happy with any purchase it must be returned along with the original packaging in good condition within 10 days. Postage or delivery charges for any returns must be met by the client unless the item was received faulty or damaged. If you request a refund this will be dispatched to you within 21 days of receipt of returned item.

Choisya aims to check all items being despatched to ensure they are in perfect condition and will be packaged to ensure their safe delivery. Any faulty or damaged item will be exchanged free of charge.
